In this installment, we will be taking a look at how our food choices impact the environment, and the thematic ingredient will be legumes. Tasting and recipes included. We are also hoping to have a special visitor come down to OG from the farm at Millican Reserve; we will talk a little bit about local agriculture and have the opportunity to sign up for CSA shares!
