Local chefs Ken Barnes and Stephanie Beseda, wine expert Sareth Kjolen and the Milton Parker Home B&B are whipping up another unique cooking and dining experience.

The five-course “Savory and Sweet Summer Peaches” meal will feature fresh peaches in every course and will be paired with four outstanding wines. Menu highlights include chilled peach jalapeño gazpacho, molasses marinated grilled pork medallions with bourbon peaches, white chocolate mouse with peach sorbet and much more.

Much like a “chef’s table,” you will have access to our chefs for questions about cooking techniques and tips. Our wine expert will share how these wines were chosen to bring out the best flavors in these dishes. A complimentary booklet containing the recipes and wine notes will be yours to take home.
