Join D’Vine Cuisine for their May Supper Club. We will be serving a five course Cinco de Mayo inspired menu, but this is not your grandma’s Tex-Mex.

Uno – Beef cheek mini tacos with pickled red onions and jicama and salsa verde

Dos – Fresh corn and green chili soup with housemade chicharrons garnish, cilantro oil

Tres – Prickly Pear sorbet, mint leaf

Quattro – Pork shank mole with yucca and corn puree, calabacitas and red peppers

Cinco – Tres leche cake with fresh strawberries and mint churro
